Fraîche was born from a simple conviction: that a perfectly made cake can stop time. Based in Quezon City, we are a small artisan patisserie dedicated to handcrafting confections that balance classical French technique with the warmth of Filipino hospitality.
We do not rush the process. Creams are built carefully. Sponges cool before they are dressed. Every cake leaves our kitchen only when it has earned it.
French inspiration, Filipino roots
The name Fraîche — French for fresh — is a daily reminder of what we stand for. Nothing is carried over. Everything is made for the order at hand, with the attention it deserves.
Our recipes draw from French patisserie traditions, studied layer by layer, then adapted to honour local flavours and the ingredients we trust. The result is something that feels both familiar and considered.
Small batches, honest ingredients
We work in small batches so that quality is never diluted by scale. Belgian couverture chocolate, real fruit compotes, imported nuts — we source for flavour and integrity, not convenience.
Each cake in our Signature collection has been developed through rounds of testing and refinement. When it earns its place on the menu, it stays. When it does not, we start again.
